At the AGM/EGM at Smith's Cove Fire hall a item was passed that a "Return of Capital" would be paid to all shareholders of one and a quarter cents [1.25 Cents] per share. This payment is NOT a DIVEDEND, but a return of monies on the original purchase of Shares.
There is NO tax implications on this Return of Capital payment therefore no T4's will be issued.
For shareholders who would receive less than One dollar will not be paid due to Administration and opostage costs. The funds will be held in a Suspence Account for future payments.
RRSP holders will have their paymets made to the Holders of their RRSP accounts. We are contacting individuals who have holders outside the CWCF the deails of accounts.
CWCF RRSP hoolders have had the Return of Capital paid to the CWCF. You should contact the CWCF for further investments.
Shareholders who have died and we have not had the death and will information we are contacting. The monie can be sent to the "Estate" of the individual.
